This fifteen metre long arm is designed as a straight replacement for the standard front end on the twenty tonne machines that dominate rental fleets in Asia and Africa, so the workshop does not have to modify the turret, the boom foot bore or the bucket linkage. The mounting dimensions match the PC200, ZX200 and SY215 families, and the pin diameters are held to the original tolerances.
The profile is a reinforced box with eight internal diaphragms instead of the four used in a budget arm. That detail doubles the local stiffness at the boom foot and at the cylinder lugs, which is exactly where an undersized long arm starts to crack after a season of trench work.

Trenching for utility corridors, foundation excavation for low rise buildings, pond and ditch cleaning, road side drainage works and general rental fleet duty are the main uses. The fifteen metre reach lets a twenty tonne machine dig a two metre deep trench and stockpile spoil far enough back that the wall does not collapse, which is the single most common reason rental customers ask for a long arm.
Hydraulic Matching and InstallationThe set reuses the original boom and arm cylinders wherever the rod length allows, and where the original cylinder is too short we supply a matched replacement with the correct stroke and a re-set relief valve. The buyer receives a fitting sheet with torque values for every pin retainer and the recommended hose routing to avoid chafing at the boom foot.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceOne complete set is stacked on a steel skid with timber separators between the boom and the arm, wrapped in film and steel banded. The pin set, bushings and seals travel in a wooden case bolted to the skid, and each skid carries a weatherproof label with the machine compatibility and the set weight.
Every section is dimensionally checked against the OEM drawing, the weld seams are visually and dye penetrant inspected, and the assembled set is trial fitted on a reference turret before dispatch. A twelve month warranty covers the structure, and bushings, seals and pins are kept in stock for same week dispatch.
Customisation and DocumentationWe can supply the set with a hydraulic quick coupler adapter, with an extra 0.2 cubic metre bucket, or with a ripper tooth for compacted ground. Paint colour and decals follow the customer specification.
